Tutor’s Teaching Background

With 7 years of experience in teaching primary and secondary English to students across MOE, IGCSE and IB schools, I have taught and prepared 90+ students with a customised study plan and target practice, to help find a confident grasp across sections. I currently teach secondary English at the AGrader Learning Centre, while also teaching on a one-to-one basis. With a master’s degree in Creative Writing English from the University of Westminster, London, I provide learning and practice material, while conducting mock tests to build exam preparedness, and provide regular feedback. Some of the students I teach study in ACS, Hwa Chong Institution, Canadian International School, Gan Eng Seng School, and Bukit Timah Secondary School. I specialise in teaching comprehension and composition, with a strong focus on writing and grammar.
