Tutor’s Teaching Background

I was an English and English Literature teacher in a secondary school for 6 years. I designed the Scheme of Work and lesson plans for allocated level each year. I have also taught across all Express, Normal (Academic) and Normal (Technical) streams. I also taught in a high school overseas for 4 years. As a teacher of English as a foreign language during my years in Japan, I assisted a senior high school in Iwate Prefecture of Japan as a native speaker of English. My duties include teaming up with local English teachers to design lessons and projects to apply students' reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary skills they learned in their textbooks. I have designed presentation projects, skit presentation, and designed a lesson package to teaching debate from scratch.
