Tutor’s Teaching Background

Hello! I am Joel, a diploma holder in violin (Trinity). I also have a Grade 8 ABRSM distinction as my second-highest qualification. I have been active in playing the violin since my kindergarten days, performing at recitals, SYFs and concerts! I was also a member of the Dunman High School String Ensemble for 4 years during my schooling days. I am patient and friendly when teaching and my teaching philosophy involves building a strong foundation in technique. Most importantly, I believe the student should have fun playing the violin and enjoy practising the instrument! Feel free to reach out to me should you have any queries.
