Tutor’s Teaching Background

While I do not have formal teaching experience in MOE schools or tuition centres, I have conducted extensive 1-to-1 and group-based training sessions in a professional setting over the past 20 years. My experience includes coaching and mentoring salespeople, conducting onboarding and product knowledge workshops, and delivering seminars focused on business development, communication, and personal growth. These sessions often required me to break down complex concepts into easily digestible modules, similar to academic teaching methods. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, adapting my delivery to suit their learning pace and needs. Though my background is not in a conventional academic setting, my strong communication skills, structured training approach, and passion for helping others learn and grow have consistently resulted in positive feedback and tangible performance improvement from those I’ve trained.
