Tutor’s Teaching Background

Tuition centre experience: I've worked four years as a full-time tutor in a tuition centre, teaching MOE English (including composition writing) for levels Primary 3 to Secondary 4. I've had experience teaching up to 50 students in total, with class sizes of between 1 and 10 students. Familiar with syllabus and exam format: I've also had experience in curriculum writing, so I've written lesson worksheets and mock exam papers. Hence, I'm familiar with all the exam topics, format and strategies. 1-1 home tutoring experience: Since end of 2024, I've transitioned to home tutoring and have taken a couple of students. I'm adaptable and flexible and love reaching out to parents to discuss their children's progress and how we can better tailor the lessons to suit their needs. Track record: My two Sec 4 students last year improved from C5 to AL1 and E8 to AL2 for O level
