Tutor’s Teaching Background

I was a Teaching Assistant at SMU for Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting modules. My job scope includes conducting revision workshops for students (roughly 40 students per module) and providing guidance for students who are struggling to understand accounting concepts taught in lectures. I tend to approach difficult/challenging accounting concepts by making logical deductions and understanding the reasons behind accounting rules/frameworks. Hence, I would incorporate this into my teaching and allow students to develop logical thinking when tackling accounting questions.
