Teaching methodology: - Adapts teaching style to suit each student’s learning needs and parents’ expectations, ensuring that every lesson is personalised. - Believes in establishing a strong foundation first, then progressively challenging students to reach higher levels of mastery once they are confident with the fundamentals. Personal teaching style: My personal belief is to befriend the students, as this helps to build trust and rapport, creating a comfortable learning environment where they feel encouraged to ask questions and express themselves freely. My teaching style focuses on making learning fun and unstressful, will continue to improve and help more students build confidence and passion for the subject. Teaching experience 2023 - early 2024: Primary 3 boy who had a weak foundation and little interest in Chinese. Grade improved from band 4 to band 2.
