Tutor’s Teaching Background

I recently graduated from LASALLE College of the Arts with a Diploma in Fine Arts (Distinction) and obtained an A2 for my Art O’Levels. I am versatile and experienced, and have experimented and refined my skills is various mediums, including pencil, charcoal, acrylic painting, colour pencils, oil painting and more. The styles I am good in are realism as well as more graphic styles or cartoons. I began as a self taught artist and then became formally trained when I studied for my Diploma in Fine Arts, therefore I understand the experience of learning art. My experience as a student and independent learner will inform my approach to teaching. I would target areas of weakness and strategize methods and create plans to effectively improve on those areas. Based on the students areas of interest and improvement I can then tailor the curriculum to meet those needs. I welcome feedback on my tutoring so that we can create personalized lesson plans that will cater to the learning style and needs of the student
