Tutor’s Teaching Background

As a final year student pursuing a BSc Computing Science with Honours at the Singapore Institute of Technology, I have developed strong mathematical and algorithmic skills through my studies and real-life experience in the field of robotics.

In addition to my technical skills, I am half British and have a natural aptitude for English. My proficiency in the language will allow me to communicate effectively with my students and help them improve their language skills.

I have been mentoring my karate juniors for the past five years. As a first-degree black belt, I have developed valuable communication, leadership, and motivation skills that I believe will be helpful in guiding my students.

Furthermore, I am passionate about the arts and have pursued my interest in various forms, including enrolling in the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and achieving first place in cohort for general art during my O-levels. This passion has given me a deep appreciation for creativity and will allow me to incorporate art in my teaching approach to encourage my students' imagination and self-expression.

Overall, my diverse background and experiences have given me a unique skill set that I believe will enable me to connect with and inspire my students.
