Tutor’s Teaching Background

I have been tutoring since I was in Junior College as it was a convenient way to earn income and at the same time strengthen my fundamentals.

I was teaching 2 secondary 3 students during JC. I taught one student E math and A math and the another student I taught Pure physics. The student I taught math to had started off with Cs and managed to pull himself up to an A1 and A2 respectively through my guidance. The student I taught physics to started at B4 and managed to attain A1 for O Levels.

I believe that the student needs to understand the fundamentals of what is being taught so that they can apply whatever they have learnt without issues. I will be patient with the student when they are unable to grasp a certain concept and try my best to help them understand.

I had to stop tutoring when i joined NS because of my unpredictable schedule and have decided to continue tutoring while waiting for university. I also plan to tutor throughout university.

I am currently teaching at Success.Nat tuition centre.
