Tutor’s Teaching Background

Notable improvements include - Grade U in J1 Mid Year Exams to B in Promos for H2 Chemistry within 3 months, helped her promote to J2 successfully and achieved top 20% in cohort. - able to approach students individually to understand and identity the weaker subjects for the students and provide detailed explanations and examples for students to understand better. - currently teaching H2 Chemistry and H2 Physics students as a private tutor face to face. Students showed greater understanding of the concepts and able to answer higher order thinking questions - teaching style is using active recall and prepare worksheets, using different ways to help students internalise information (mindmaps, summaries, cheat sheets) - understands the requirements of A levels and how to do well. Personally been through the rigour and able to give many tips and tricks :)
