Tutor’s Teaching Background

Since 2021, I have been teaching in a volunteer organization, where free tuition services were provided to families living in rental flats. I taught English, Science (Chemistry and Biology) and Math to students ranging from Primary 1 to Secondary 2. I am also the Internal Resource In-Charge for the organization, and I have complied resources such as notes, questions and test papers for the students. I also have had experience with handling children who might be more mischievous and playful during lesson time.  I have also taught one-to-one tuition for secondary school NT mathematics and science as well as primary school english, math science. A current NT student that I have been teaching was able to jump from a 32 to 69 from her CA1 to SA1 for her mathematics. Some other details about myself is that I took the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Program) in Singapore Sports School, where I did higher level Chemistry and Biology, and was top in my level for English Language and Literature. I am currently waiting for my school term to start at SMU where I will be studying Political Science; as such my schedule is flexible.
