Tutor’s Teaching Background

Brief description of my experience: - Currently teaching students with the subjects: Polytechnic Engineering Math, E math and A maths, Pure+Combined Chem & Physics, and is very familiar with the current syllabus. - Flexible teaching hours/teaching method, and highly adaptable to student's needs. Able to teach physical and/or online. - Personally I have a 4.0 in all Engineering modules, and A1 in all subjects that I teach. I'm well-versed in teaching students aged 13+ above, and am able to make lessons both educational and engaging. - My teaching style is utilizing both handwritten notes, supplemented with quality assessment guidebooks to ensure a well-rounded lesson - My students are able to massively improve their grades via my lesson plans and studying skills I teach them. - Combined Phy/Chem student from C6 to B3 in just 3 months - Pure Chem student from B3 to A1 in 2 months - SP Engineering Student from failing to 65% grade percentile by the end of semester - A & E Math student from C5 to A2 in 4 months of tutoring - I also possess my own teaching and learning materials. For each student, I try to curate personal hand-written notes that suits their learning style - For E math students: I aim to equip them with sufficient independent study skills so that even outside my tutoring sessions, they posses the skillset to do self-study and self-improvement. - For Science students: I aim to strike a good balance between teaching them what is necessary in the syllabus, but to also instill a genuine curiousity about science as a whole.
