Tutor’s Teaching Background
For eight months, I tutored my primary-six cousin in English and Maths. The experience required patience, adaptability, and the ability to simplify complex concepts. One area I helped her with was her English composition writing. With our weekly lessons, she was able to improve the quality of her writing in terms of vocabulary and sentence structure. Regarding our Math lessons, the main problem was with her understanding of the concepts. Once I simplified it for her and ran through some examples with her, she steadily improved in class.
