Tutor’s Teaching Background

I graduated from VJC with 90 rank points and as the top student for H2 mathematics in my cohort, and I am a prospective student of NUS under the Mathematics and Computer Science Double Degree Programme as a Merit Scholar. I have had 3 years of experience tutoring H1 and H2 mathematics to Junior College students, and am currently teaching four other JC math students as well. I can adapt the pacing of my lessons so as to better suit each individual student, and will comprehensively explain concepts to build a fundamental understanding of each topic from the ground up, before teaching how to apply such concepts at a higher level. I also have access to an extensive archive of resources that span across a range of difficulties, and will be able to provide helpful topical practices or summary revisions that target my students' weaker areas in the subject in order to deliver an excellent grade in their final exams. Finally, I am also contactable to my students via WhatsApp should they have any queries outside of lesson timings.
