Tutor’s Teaching Background

I come from an English-speaking family and my father was born and raised in the USA so we do not speak Singlish at home. My exam scores for English never fell below a B grade. I also am experienced with teaching students with special needs as I used to tutor my brother who is diagnosed with ADHD. I was offered to transfer from NA to Express twice in Secondary School. Once in Sec 1 and the next during Sec 2. I moved to the Express stream at the start of Sec 3. I was also in an arts/theatre course in ITE and just finished my diploma in Arts Management at NAFA.  Was a student tutor in secondary school (Informal) for Geography as I was the top scorer in my cohort.  Got back into tutoring during COVID. Took a break in 2022. I used to be a dance teacher for kids within the age range of 5-18 years old. Teaching and sharing knowledge is something I've always had a passion for. I currently work part-time elsewhere so each month will be different. However, my job is flexible and I am able to change my working days according to the student's tutoring sessions. I am able to work up till July 2026 as I will be going overseas for University after that.
