Tutor’s Teaching Background
I do not have experience teaching at an MOE school or tuition centre, but I have taught first-year literature undergraduates at a leading British university, most of whom are only a year or two older than our JC/Diploma students. I believe the wide range of texts and contexts I have encountered over the course of my undergraduate and postgraduate studies uniquely disposes me to add value to my tutoring sessions. I also have experience with marking and assessment at the undergraduate level and with assisting students on an individual basis to clarify their ideas and refine their essay plans.
