Tutor’s Teaching Background

Initiated CIP project to teach primary school students at Fuhua Primary School from 2019-2020, increasing the average math grade from C to A. 1-1 teaching classmates and peers in Hwa Chong Institution, helping many classmates increase their GP grades from C to B, Math grades from D to A, Physics grades from B to A, Chemistry grades from B to A, and Economics grades from C to B. I've been tutoring juniors and peers in JC subjects while serving in the Army from 2021-2022 and helped them achieve A in multiple subjects for their A levels. Work smart, not hard. Students don't have much time to study for exams, and I understand that. I will teach my students the methods and tricks to score well for exams. My teaching philosophy is to go over many of the same tropes/ question types that always comes out during exams, coupled with constant drilling to ensure my students can replicate the same methods to get the correct answer during exams.
