Tutor’s Teaching Background

Specialise in tutoring Primary Mathematics, Science, and English, as well as Secondary 1 Mathematics and Science. I have experience working with students of different learning abilities and adapting my teaching style to suit their needs. My teaching approach focuses on building strong foundational understanding, followed by step-by-step guidance to tackle more challenging questions. I emphasise clear explanations, targeted practice, and consistent revision. I also incorporate past-year papers, structured notes, and personalised worksheets to reinforce key concepts and examination techniques. Currently, I am teaching five students — four in Primary 4, and one in Secondary 1 for Mathematics, Science, and English. My students have shown strong improvements under my guidance. For example: • One of my students improved from a borderline pass to 75 marks. • Another student progressed from 60 marks to 80 marks after consistent coaching. I previously taught at a tuition centre, where I conducted lessons with 3–4 students per class, giving me solid experience in managing different learning paces and ensuring every student stays engaged.
