Tutor’s Teaching Background

One student, whom I began tutoring in Secondary 3, improved from a B4 to an A1 within 4 months. I am currently continuing to work closely with this student in preparation for the 2026 O-Level examinations. I am also tutoring another student who was previously in Secondary 2 and struggled significantly with Mathematics; she has since progressed to Secondary 3 and developed a renewed interest and confidence in the subject. In addition, I worked at a Kumon Education Centre for approx. 4 months, where I supported students in Mathematics within a large classroom setting. This role required close attention to individual learning gaps while managing multiple students simultaneously. I was highly commended by my superior for my tenacity and passion in guiding struggling students, as well as my patience in helping them build confidence and perseverance in Maths.
