Tutor’s Teaching Background

I have teaching experience in childcare and student care centres and I currently tutor preschool and primary-level students. For Maths, I will focus on strengthening basic concepts, calculation skills and word-problem techniques through step-by-step explanations and guided practice. For Chinese, I will cover vocabulary, reading, comprehension, sentence construction and oral practice, adapting lessons to the child’s learning needs. I am patient and will provide the parent with an update after every lesson.
