Tutor’s Teaching Background

Over the past few years, I have built strong teaching experience through structured volunteer roles and student leadership. I have worked as a Teacher Assistant for secondary students (Grades 10–12), teaching Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, where I helped them strengthen core concepts, practise problem‑solving techniques and prepare for exams. In this role, I also collaborated closely with classroom teachers to refine lesson materials and improve how topics were explained, which trained me to break down difficult ideas into clear, step‑by‑step explanations.​

Additionally, I have volunteered as an English trainer for adult learners, designing and conducting simple English lessons for school support staff, with a focus on practical communication and building confidence in using technology. Alongside this, I have held multiple student leadership roles where I guided juniors, planned activities and facilitated small‑group learning, further strengthening my ability to manage different learning styles and keep students engaged during lessons.
