- Lecturer at a commercial school, teaching Diploma levels which are
bridging programs for external university degrees.
- MOE register teacher which is a must to be qualified for teaching
subject matter such as Accounting and a requirement for teaching at
private schools and commercial centres.

Teaching skills:
- Summary notes are given to students to simplify learning from textbooks.
- Teaching from a commercial aspect to impart knowledge and practical
experience for students to enter the Accounting and Finance industry.
- Exam focus to ensure student success in passing the exam.
- Analysis of past year papers, presented  in a table for students to
focus on hot topics.
