Tutor’s Teaching Background

Hello Parents and potential students, I am Sean! I graduated from Dunman High School with 90rp at the A level Examinations and am currently in NS now, with a placement in SMU Yong Pung How School of Law. I have tutored since I was in JC, both in private tutoring and at a JC Math tuition centre, accumulating to 3 years of tutoring experience. Why should you choose me? I have a strong interest in teaching and find great accomplishment when I see my students improve. I prepare my own notes and cheat sheets for my students, and ensure that they are comprehensive and easy to understand! I would break down the topics into short parts, and build the foundation before progressing further. As I just graduated from school, I am very familiar with the way questions are phrased and I know the little tricks to tackle them. Beyond being someone that just imparts knowledge, my aim is to also help my student not fear the subject, as I believe that the attitude is the first step to improvement. Hence, I would try to make boring topics into something fun! I will help you improve!
