Tutor’s Teaching Background

Hello! I am a male part-time home tutor who specialises in primary, O and N level , IGCSE/ IB MYP mathematics tuition. • Matriculating student for Bachelor's in Information Systems @ NUS •A Level Graduate from St Andrew's Junior College(86.25rp) **currently teaching IGCSE syllabus for SJI international students and IB MYP Stanford American international student ~familiar with both local and international curriculum up to CIE A levels Singapore's mathematics and science syllabus is notoriously challenging. Having been through the syllabus, I understand not only its difficulty but also the rigour required to grasp each topic.Hence, I have curated my teaching methods to give my students a strong foundation by breaking down the topic into layman terms to allow ease of understanding, followed by a strong foundation. ✅ thorough practice with past year exam papers followed by topical revision to allow students to fully grasp the entire topic with confidence ✅ Lesson objectives and materials will be tailored for the student. ✅ simple summary for each topic that is easy to follow, allowing students to overcome difficulty/fear of specific topics
